Job Summary:
The Sourcing Analyst will provide essential support to the Sourcing team and ensure a smooth and efficient sourcing process. This role involves communicating with candidates, maintaining recruitment systems, and assisting with sourcing candidates.

Description and Requirements
Job Summary:
The Sourcing Analyst will provide essential support to the Sourcing team and ensure a smooth and efficient sourcing process. This role involves communicating with candidates, maintaining recruitment systems, and assisting with sourcing candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email, phone, and social media.
- Assist with tracking and analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Perform market research to identify trends and insights related to talent availability, competitor hiring activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain and update sourcing trackers with accurate candidate information.
- Promote the company’s employer brand through effective communication and engagement with potential candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in Human Resources or recruitment, is advantageous.
