Job Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for Talent Attraction (Talent Advisor) to support our recruitment marketing efforts across the APAC region, including Australia, India, Korea, Japan, and more. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition marketing. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to attract top talent and enhance employer branding

- n.Manage SEO, PPC campaigns, and social media platforms to drive engagement and increase employer brand visibilit
- y.Create compelling content for job advertisements, career pages, and social media campaign
- s.Utilize marketing automation tools and content management systems (CMS) to optimize recruitment campaign
- s.Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign success and make data-driven improvement
- s.Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to align marketing strategies with hiring need
- s.Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance recruitment effort
