Leasing Supervisor

Job Description:

To design and ensure proper implementation of the necessary systems, strategies, action-plans and controls required for overall leasing operations in order to develop loyal business partner for long term business plans, achieve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue generation guided by the organization protocols and regulatory requirements of the country.

Experience:

• At least 3 years managerial experience in areas of sales management, planning and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop business development strategy and leasing targets/budget
• Oversee leasing operations of handled malls and ensure that the business is producing rental income that shall result to the achievement of established financial targets
• Plan for strategies in aligning existing concepts of handled malls to the current trends in the market
• Scrutinize and approve gathered and approved concept paper
• Establish strategies in assigning tenants to newly conceptualized spaces
• Identify, develop and bring in new concepts that will strengthen the tenancy mix of the mall
• Conceptualize, plan and develop processes to maintain positive relationship with incoming and existing tenants
• Establish business propositions that will improve existing mall activities in order to maximize all venues for income generation that shall help in attaining the business income goals
• Oversee processes on lease deferment, rental concession, rental freeze, pre-termination, and non-renewal for handled malls in order to achieve the occupancy plan and high-quality tenants
• Constant liaison with tenants to review, improve and provide solutions as needed
• Review tenant performance for its relevance and productivity

Education:

• Graduate of BS/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any other business-related courses. A related master's degree is not required but will be an advantage.
