Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage overall development and implementation of Anaplan including business requirement gathering, process documentation and solutions design
- Identify owners for new processes and establish the roles and responsibilities of all involved in end-to-end process, including the required RACI matrices
- Work directly with functional business heads to understand, prioritize, and advise on application focus and rollout
- Support project planning, budgeting, and forecasting requirements for approval
- Ensuring best practices are in place which includes but is not limited to:
- Optimized user experience and value within all models in production
- Integrated organization Vision and Strategy in model design
- Validated model structure and calculation results accuracy
- Adoption of current platform functionality as released
- Maintenance of appropriate data access and security
- Model Performance optimization consistent with other available tools
- Cross Functional connected operations within all models
- Support user enablement and training to achieve self-reliance on model development and uses
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Accountancy, Finance
- Preferably CPA with minimum 5 years’ experience in process improvement and audit
- Preferably with working experience in an airline industry
- Experience with financial planning, analysis and forecasting will be an advantage
- Ability to work within a dynamic operational business providing financial advice and recommendations through the business into the Finance group
- Good negotiation skills/ability to formulate sound arguments and recommendations for the business and wider organization
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of a complex business within the wider airline
- Has knowledge of process mapping and business process improvements
