What You'll Do
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in one of the programming languages, e.g., Java, Python, C/C++/C#, PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.
- Knowing the GoLang programming language is a plus.Certifications (Preferred)Nice to have:
- AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
- Google Professional Cloud Developer
- Certified Scrum Developer (CSD)
- Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer (OCPJP)

Key Responsibilities Details
Software Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to gather and clarify requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure maintainability, performance, and scalability.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues in production and development environments.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for codebases, APIs, and system processes for future reference and onboarding.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations that improve performance, productivity, and developer experience.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster their professional growth.
- Participate in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment strategies to streamline releases.
- Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) and contribute to sprint deliverables.
