Job Responsibilities
This role is predominantly responsible for Microsoft Intune administration, including but not limited to device and application management.
Working closely with BG&E’s Cyber Security Team, this role will be responsible for application execution control and enforcement of BG&E security policies across our device fleet, including MDM for mobile devices.

Working closely with BG&E’s Cyber Security Team, this role will be responsible for application execution control and enforcement of BG&E security policies across our device fleet, including MDM for mobile devices.
Duties
- Develop and maintain software packages for deployment through Company Portal. This includes creating, testing, and deploying software packages/updates to strict version and quality control requirements.
- Act as escalation point for the support teams on incidents and requests associated with policies, configurations and software installation/updates.
- Administration of MDM (Intune) and application execution control (Airlock Digital).
- Create and maintain knowledge articles for Technical Teams and End Users
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Microsoft Endpoint Administration, software packaging, and IT compliance
- Expertise in PowerShell Scripting and proficiency in other scripting languages e.g., VBS, Batch Scripts, etc.
- "Windows Autopilot” configuration and deployment experience
- Ability to manage a variety of projects concurrently.
Competencies/Personality Traits
- Engender the BG&E Way and incorporate that into polices, process, systems and service delivery.
- Implement a “one-stop-shop” approach to supporting the business, including coordinating cross functional activities to deliver a seamless service.
- Be an advocate of BG&E both internally and externally.
- Preserve the culture of BG&E, maintaining collaborative relationships globally.
- Experience in configuring and managing Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Defender policies, Firewall rules etc.
- Experience with hybrid AD/Entra ID environments and the migration of on-prem to cloud.
- Experience with Airlock Digital is desirable.
