Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms and driving employee advocacy.

You will be a key member of our collaborative, high-performing Digital Marketing team, with opportunities to support Growth Marketing initiatives across additional channels like webinars, events, and employment branding. You will be a part of a global team and will collaborate with colleagues from across Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America to support regional goals. You will have opportunities to get involved in localized initiatives.

What We Want You To Do

  • Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Bluesky, Instagram/Reels, and YouTube
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Copy edit and proofread social media copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Drive employee advocacy through strategic initiatives such as a weekly newsletter, expanding platform reach, ensuring seamless site maintenance, curating compelling content, and orchestrating engaging contests
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on our social media channels promptly and professionally
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team, making recommendations for improvements
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms
  • Assist in the creation of visual content, such as graphics, images, and videos, to complement social media posts

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in managing social media platforms
  • Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret the results to improve strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Knowledge of social media and employee advocacy management tools (e.g., Marketo, Sprinklr, EveryoneSocial)
  • Understanding of reporting best practices and ability to present data in a digestible format
  • Effective communicator with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Comfortable with change and growth — open to evolving ideas, shifting priorities, and adapting to different communication styles or creative directions as the brand and team grow
