Social Media Platform VIP Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Platform VIP Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our VIP membership products. This role will focus on creating exceptional experiences for high-value users, enhancing engagement, and driving long-term loyalty. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Marketing, Design, Data, and Operations—to deliver best-in-class VIP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for VIP user experiences.
2. Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.
3. Develop and manage product features, benefits, and services tailored to VIP and high-value customers.
4. Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to create exclusive campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized offers.
5. Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to ensure seamless user experience and high-quality delivery.
6. Track key product metrics (engagement, retention, ARPU, LTV) and optimize performance through data-driven insights.
7. Conduct regular feedback loops with VIP customers to understand needs and enhance satisfaction.
8. Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen community engagement and brand value within VIP segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in social, gaming, e-commerce, or membership-driven businesses.
• Strong understanding of VIP/loyalty programs, user engagement strategies, and monetization models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data tools (SQL, Excel, BI platforms).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams.
• Passion for building customer-centric products and delivering premium user experiences.
