Four Tiers Contracting is hiring a Remote Content Creator to produce daily, simple talking-head videos with minimal edits. Most of the work is keeping branding consistent, while making sure the message stays clear and informative. Authenticity always comes first, but using AI to complete your videos is highly encouraged to save time.

Our mission is to use the trades to help young adults aging out of foster care build confident, self-reliant lives. As part of our remote team, you'll help showcase the impact we're makingone video at a time.

What You'll Do

• Utilize AI to edit short-form video clips for social media (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Organize and manage raw footage from job sites and interviews
• Collaborate with founders and crew to build narratives around our work and impact
• Create occasional graphics, basic social posts, or email content
• Stay aligned with our brand voice and visual tone
• Track content performance and suggest improvements
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience at using AI to generate simple short form video
• Good eye for storytelling, pacing, and audio
• Bonus: skills in Canva, photo editing, and basic copywriting
• Highly organized, able to manage media assets and deadlines
• Growth-minded, performance-driven, and eager to improve
• Fluent in English and able to take initiative
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $8 - $10/hour depending on skill and experience
