Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer live chats with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
- Handle customer calls with professionalism and a focus on solutions.
- Provide knowledgeable, solutions-oriented support for luxury jewelry products.
- Manage and document all customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams via Slack and Google Workspace (GSuite).
- Maintain a strong brand voice and uphold our high service standards.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Slack, and GSuite (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to keep our support channels available 24/7.
