Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media content for e-commerce brands with a focus on engagement and conversions.
• Oversee third-party content creators, ensuring their work aligns with the brand’s tone, goals, and marketing strategy.
• Write engaging captions and social media copy that resonates with the audience and promotes product awareness.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar that aligns with major e-commerce sale dates (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to schedule content and ensure seamless platform integration.
• Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Later.com or Hootsuite, refining strategies based on performance metrics.
• Use collaboration tools such as Outlook, Gmail, SharePoint, and Slack for communication and project coordination.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in managing social media for e-commerce brands.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging social media content.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later.com, Hootsuite) and analytics.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools for effective team communication and coordination.
