Job Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design and develop engaging posts, stories, reels (or their future equivalents), ensuring they are tailored and optimized for each respective social media platform.
• Content Calendar: Develop and manage a content schedule, ensuring timely posts that take into account promotional events, holidays, and other key dates.
• Community Management: Actively engage with the brand's online community, responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and positive manner.
• Analytics: Regularly track, analyze, and report on social media metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates, leveraging insights to refine and improve strategies.
• Paid Campaigns: Conceptualize, design, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
• Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other potential partners to enhance brand reach and engagement.
• Trend Spotting: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, integrating relevant ones into the brand's social media strategy.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising on social platforms and influencer marketing dynamics.
