Your Role:

As a Sales and Student Support Call Operator - Customer Service/Admin, you will:

This role will primarily involve inbound and outbound sales and enquiries (via phone, email and online chat), providing customer service and support and assisting students with their course enrollment. You will also assist with general administration tasks. supporting our students

Sales

  • Inbound: Managing inbound calls, live chats, and emails; provide accurate information about courses, products, services, including but not limited to general course enquiries, course/class availability, enrolment, technical support, payments and orders.
  • Outbound: Conducting outbound calls to promote upcoming courses and services and generate leads
  • General: Responding to enquiries, sourcing information, reviewing and assessing requests, calling students re payments, assessing eligibility & suitability, following up and providing responses in a timely manner (Keep up to date with industry knowledge on the accreditations offered)

Admin

  • Assist in processing enrolments, applications and documentation and basic admin duties when required

What You Need

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center environments (inbound and outbound) and administration duties.
  • Managed inbound and outbound calls, live chats, and emails
  • Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and technical aptitude desired (Microsoft outlook, aXcelerate (LMS) and Hubspot experience preferred)
  • Maintaining excellent data accuracy
  • Provide expert advice, guidance and support on appropriate courses (Ability to learn, retain and keep up to date with industry knowledge on courses offered)
