Job Description
- Encode applicants from various job posting platforms to HR Database
- Post and share current job vacancies on different social media platforms and job boards
- Answer basic queries of applicants (ex. office location, company name, work setting), likewise encourage them to proceed with their application
- Inform Recruitment Officers about applicants' messages, particularly application follow-ups or requests for a callback
- Join job hiring related groups on social media platforms
- Create, manage, and establish Facebook and LinkedIn recruiter accounts
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new recruitment strategies
- Assist with social media campaigns (content creation, promotion, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Fast learner
- Good Work Attitude
- Highly attentive to details
- Typing speed: at least 40 WPM | Typing accuracy of 100%
- Creative with excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Experience in digital marketing and/or recruitment is required
- Laptop/Desktop (minimum: i3 with 4GB RAM)
- High-quality computer headset (preferably with noise-canceling feature or must be willing to invest one in the future)
- Internet connectivity: minimum of 10 Mbps
- Software: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PDF reader, Skype, Zoom
- Permanent work-from-home
