Visayas – Mandaue
Mindanao – General Santos, Davao
Work Setup: 5.5 work days, Mondays to Saturdays

As SFP Field Executive, you will propose, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate commercial activities or programs in the assigned territory to increase awareness, trial, and ultimately brand adoption to support the achievement of SFP volume and market share growth.

As SFP Field Executive, you will propose, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate commercial activities or programs in the assigned territory to increase awareness, trial, and ultimately brand adoption to support the achievement of SFP volume and market share growth.
Trade Relationship and Engagement
- Identify the right retailers for engagement programs through appropriate selection and segmentation of covered Point of Sale.
- Propose trade program activities based on territory problems or opportunities
- Act as a reliable business consultant; knows how to spot for opportunities and can proactively persuade customers or consumers with recommendations to achieve a win-win situation
- Provide quality customer service and education to build and develop effective relationships
- Strategize where, when, and how to execute the Consumer Journey approach in conducting activation and activities
- Propose, execute, and evaluate appropriate commercial/consumer engagement activities based on market intelligence and identified opportunities
- Ensure availability of up-to-date territory information - consumer and customer profiles, preferences, purchase pattern, and other facts and figures that will be critical for analysis and providing logical conclusions
- Present to higher management a deep dive analysis of territory database, along with proposed commercial plans to address territory opportunities and pain points
- Convert data into information and actionable insights
- Drive achievement of volume targets and key sales KPIs by developing, coordinating, and influencing counterpart salesmen, conventional cigarette business building executive and third-party coach
- You have a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in field sales and consumer engagement
- You have exceptional negotiation and strong analytical skills
- You are tech-savvy and has excellent communication skill
- You have good driving skills, and can drive in manual transmission
