Job Description
Examine, identify, and fix small appliances with electrical or electronic components, such as rice cookers, ovens, microwaves, coffee makers, and blenders.
To guarantee the best possible performance from your appliances, do preventive maintenance.
Using testing equipment and hand tools, replace or fix damaged parts.
Create service reports that include the components used, repairs, and time spent on each task.
Give clients technical advice and direction on how to maintain and use their appliances.
Work with the service supervisor to prioritize tasks and order parts.
Maintain the workspace, tools, and equipment neat and orderly.
Make sure that corporate tools and customer appliances are handled and stored safely.
Before releasing appliances to consumers, test them to make sure they operate as intended.
Carry out additional duties as delegated by the service manager or supervisor.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
