Job Summary
The Site Mechanical Engineer involves in overseeing the mechanical systems and equipment in the construction site.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops detailed plans and specifications for mechanical systems
- Ensures compliance with government regulations and project specifications
- Collaborates with site civil and electrical engineers, architects, and other construction staff in the company as well as with the developer to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems in the overall project design
- Supervisees the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems
- Conducts inspections and quality checks to verify the performance and safety of mechanical systems and identify the issues that may arise in the site
- Prepares reports about the tasks assigned
- Stays updated on advancements in mechanical engineering technology, codes, and practices to improve skills
- Handles other tasks assigned to support the Construction Division and the Company
Qualifications
- College Graduate
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- With at least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred but fresh licensees may apply
Employment Status: Project-based
Work Assignment: Saekyung Ocean Residences Project Site, Suba Basbas, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
