Duties And Responsibilities

- Overall in-charge of facilities of the site (checking, repairs and replacement, coordination with contractors)
- In-charge of opening the office
- To handle employees ( Security Personnel, Lobby Coordinator and Maintenance Personnel), duties include monitoring, evaluation and training
- In charge of Emergency Response team
- Administering site policies
- On call during emergency situations
- With a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or any related course
- Work experience on the same field is an advantage but not required
- With good moral character
- Willing to undergo extensive training
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Possesses a strong leadership skill that can manage a team
