HR Operations Analyst

We’re looking for an HR Operations Analyst to join our Human Resources team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to support the full employee lifecycle in the HRIS, from requisition to termination, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions. You will provide Tier 1 HR administrative assistance through the centralized HR Service Center (AskHR), maintain data integrity through regular audits, and uphold strict compliance in handling sensitive employee information. Additionally, you are expected to continuously improve processes, update documentation, and serve as the subject-matter expert for HR systems and procedures.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide full-time administrative support for assigned countries, including managing training logistics, session scheduling, course calendars, and materials through the Learning Management System (Compass).
- Handle AskHR tickets and act as the first line of escalation for Tier 2 and above inquiries, ensuring timely queue management and resolution.
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as interview scheduling, background checks, offer letter creation, onboarding, and orientation, while supporting the Talent Acquisition team.
- Manage internal training programs end-to-end, including session setup, post-session evaluations, resource reservations, and vendor coordination.
- Support learning operations by uploading and testing e-learning modules, managing LOMA/ALU enrollments, and generating reports for Learning Partners and Cluster Leads.
- Ensure compliance and consistency in administrative processes, collaborate with other Learning Associates across Asia, and contribute to special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in training, administration, or recruitment
- 1–2 years of working knowledge with HR systems such as Workday and Compass
- Graduate of a bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with urgency and flexibility
- Experience providing tiered support for Learning and Recruitment queries
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee data
- Proactive in sharing knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment
