Sign Shop Artist/ Graphic Artist-Cagayan de Oro

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the day to day sign requests of stores, maximum of three days from the day of request and complete all signs from the list submitted by Merchandising to support the different business unit campaigns. Implements also the correct execution in the display of signs (location, use of sign holder, size, etc.)

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PRODUCTION OF DESIGNS
2. Produce the day to day sign requests of stores, maximum of three days from the day of request.
3. Completes all signs from the list submitted by Merchandising to support the different business unit campaigns (WOW, Category Promo, Sale, Others)
4. Implements the standards in sign making.
5. STORE VISIT/STORE COORDINATION
6. Visits the stores at least once a month.
7. Implements the correct execution in the display of signs (location, use of sign holder, size, etc.).
8. Gives suggestions and proposals on how to best serve the stores.
9. Coordinates with the officers on all concerns like delays and unserved requests.
10. SIGN TRANSFER AND DISTRIBUTION
11. Advises through MS Outlook if signs requested are finished for pick-up.
12. Coordinates with respective drivers for pick-up
13. Checks with the store if the signs have been received.
14. SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS
15. Monitors supplies to avoid wastage and creates a BIN card to keep track of inventory.
16. Takes care all tools and equipments issued.
17. EQUIPMENTS MAINTENANCE
18. Schedules preventive maintenance for all equipments used and also keeps a BIN card for tracking them.
19. Ensures that only authorized persons can use the equipments including computers and printers.
