Why does this role exist?
We're seeking a Short-form Video & Social Media Content Specialist to enhance our content distribution and client support systems. This role is crucial for transforming our long-form content into engaging short-form formats while maintaining high-quality client relationships and operational efficiency. The position will be instrumental in expanding our digital presence and streamlining administrative processes.
The Impact you’ll make
Content Creation & Repurposing
- Extract and edit podcast clips for short-form content
- Utilize AI software for content optimization
- Create and schedule content across social platforms
- Repurpose newsletter content into social media formats
- Handle client onboarding processes
- Manage DocuSign contracts and Stripe subscriptions
- Maintain client database in Notion
- Process support requests and refunds
- Join client calls for action item tracking
- Manage email communications and calendar
- Handle support inquiries
- Coordinate speaking engagement research
- Maintain operational systems
- Conduct content research
- Source speaking opportunities
- Monitor content performance
- Suggest optimization strategies
Required:
- Proven short-form video creation expertise
- Strong social media management skills
- Experience with content repurposing
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Photoshop and Figma)
- Understanding of AI content tools
- Portfolio demonstrating content creation abilities
- Administrative and client service experience
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

- Monday to Friday
- Option 1: 10 AM to 2 PM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time / London, UK local time)
- Option 2: 11 AM to 3 PM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time / London, UK local time)
- 20 hours per week
- $7 per hour
- No benefits package included
