Job Description

  • Drive profitability while creating growth strategies of Shopee Choice by identifying key revenue opportunities and cost optimization levers
  • Analyze sales trends, pricing strategies, and category performance to recommend actionable insights for business expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Marketing, Warehouse Operations, Sourcing, and Regional teams, to execute growth initiatives
  • Develop forecasting models and dashboards to monitor business KPIs and track the success of ongoing projects
  • Provide regular reporting and deep dives on Shopee Choice performance
  • Address day-to-day business issues that arise by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Warehouse Operations, Sourcing, and Regional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Has 2 years of experience in business analytics, financial management, consulting, or e-commerce, with exposure to Profit & Loss (PnL) management or commercial strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving growth and impact
