Job Description
- Drive data analytics initiatives to support the growth and performance of Shopee Choice.
- Analyze sales trends, user behavior, and campaign performance to identify actionable insights and business opportunities.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key metrics and track progress against targets.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and present clear recommendations to guide business and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Marketing, Warehouse Operations, Sourcing, and Regional teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in business/marketing analytics, business intelligence, or analytics roles (e-commerce or tech industry is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
