Shop Tab Strategist (Philippines, E-commerce)

Responsibilities

• Familiar with different kinds of e-commerce scenarios, with experience in recommendation, search, channels or creators. Able to leverage Shoptab resources to drive growth in campaigns
• Familiar with key metrics such as user entering rate and conversion rates, capable of breaking down these metrics to influencing factors, spotting opportunities and risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find solutions, optimizing the consumer experience and improving ROI Performance
• Possess an understanding of industry trends, able to integrate consumer strategies, product strategies, and merchant support strategies to encourage sellers to invest more in Shoptab, thereby driving transaction volume growth and revenue in the industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UG, Campaign, Category teams, and Creators to effectively identify requirements, formulate the proposal and follow up on results
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
• 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce or Brands
• Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in the eCommerce Industry
• Strong analytical skills, hypothesis-driven, structured and methodical problem solver
• Proficient in SQL, Excel and Power Point
