Job Description
- Work with the brand team to create a digital strategy as part of the overall brand and functional plan.
- Ensure the in-field team executes strategies effectively.
- Help design and implement multi-channel initiatives to boost campaign performance.
- Assist in improving digital capabilities by collaborating with the technology solutions team to enhance business skills.
- Provide market insights and reports to the brand team, identifying opportunities and supporting action plans.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management or sales learning/coaching, with digital marketing experience as a plus.
- Background in biopharma or FMCG is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in executing successful digital campaigns and managing social media campaigns.
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital data, and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Experience in digital marketing, either in-house or as a consultant.
- Strong skills in content creation, project management, and digital tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, HTML, CSS).
- Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally, driving results through others.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting strategies, analytics, and data-driven insights.
- Proven ability to use data to drive business growth and consumer behavior change.
- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and CRM metrics.
