What will you do?

  • Job Summary:

    The Services Planner is responsible for efficient coordination of the deployment of Service Representatives (SR - engineers) to help facilitate the successful delivery of Services Activities predominantly for the execution of labor stemming from Services Orders but also including equipment / parts delivery as necessary.

  •  

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Services Engineer Deployment Schedule Management
    2. Service Request (SR) / Work Order (WO) intake in relation to the various services offerings like Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, activities such as Time and Material deployments and RMA (Warranty-related) among others.
    3. Active participation in Services Operations SIM sessions and adherence to other Operations processes.
    4. Manage FSR Calendar and optimize service deployments proactively around site intervention, PM, FSB, IB tracking, trainings SR, including travel optimization.
    5. Communicate effectively with customer or partner (defined as the distributor or a partner that has a signed Partner Agreement directly with Schneider) to confirm work schedule prior to dispatching SR
    6. Planning Efficiency
    7. Meet Country Services Sales Target and CCO GM.
    8. Facilitate efficient and effective Work Order (WO) Management ensuring accuracy in WO details with regular reviews and mitigation on deviations
    9. Burn Backlog and drive timely and accurate Revenue Recognition
    10. Ensure Services Representatives skills are updated in bFS and provide insights and feedback on SR skills or constraints as applicable.
    11. Perform ad hoc activities to facilitate FSR deployment including coordinating with customer contact on the processing/submission of pre-deployment requirements (Permit, Gate Pass, etc.) and collaborating with SE Partners, Project Manager, Delivery Coordinator, GSC and other internal teams towards the successful delivery of services activities.
    12. Prioritize Safety, Cybersecurity & Compliance in all engagements
    13. Ensure each Work Order (WO) and WUP/Work Orders are fully compliant with Safety Permit to Work (Safety Documents are uploaded by SR in BFS (Risk Assessment, LOTO, Pictures etc.))
    14. Allocate the right technical competency in accordance with scope of work and installed product in Work Order with 100% compliance
    15. Adhere to Global Travel Policy in Work Order planning (Travel Duration, Travel Distance, etc.)
    16. Work only with Cyber Compliant Subcontractors and dispatch only Cyber Compliant subcontractor’s technicians and ensure subcontractors engaged in deployments follow safety guidelines and are Avetta certified.
    17. Deliver a positive customer experience through timely delivery of parts/equipment in coordination with services labor deployment which includes ensuring Install Base (IB) accuracy for each service deployment.

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent comprehension and communication skills both in written and Oral.

  • People management Skills
  • Knowledgeable, preferably in Electrical Distribution (LV/MV), Process Automation, Building Automation & Solar power business
