Duties And Responsibilities
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Service Now Administrator or similar position (experience in a domain separated environment) At least 5 solid years of ServiceNow experience with (in order of preference):

Duties And Responsibilities
- Leverage ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM to deliver world-class service management across a CMDB encompassing over 1,000 companies
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, starting from the customer portal and extending through automated workflows from the workplace to the cloud
- Streamline and digitize repeatable processes using code, workflows, configurations, and system integrations for both internal and customer-facing solutions
- ITSM
- CSM
- Domain Separation
- Workspace/UI Builder
- CMDB
- Proficient in creating/modifying portal catalog items, workflows, flow designer flows, portal widgets, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, etc
- Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and execute them, acting as a liaison with developers when necessary
- ITIL
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator
