The Service Staff is primarily responsible in conducting activities related to the Users Acceptance Testing of systems already implemented in production to address existing BAU system problems.
Major Responsibilities

- Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of systems already implemented in production to address existing BAU system problems. These Back End systems are Deposits / ECM / BCS / Feeder Applications
- Monitors online availability of branch back-end systems namely, Deposits, Feeder Applications, ECM and BCS on a daily basis.
- Prepares required User Acceptance Testing documentation to ensure that test conducted are complete and readily available for review of SRC.
- Monitors performance of implemented projects and system enhancements in production and ensures that reported problems are discussed with the immediate Officer to come up with the appropriate solution.
- Graduate of Business or Computer related courses
- Basic knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Basic knowledge in Branch Operations and Branch system
- Basic knowledge in Computer set-up and maintenance
