Job Qualifications
- Graduates of any Bachelor of Science.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skill.
- Must have excellent comprehension skills.
- Is able to work as part of a team.
- Must be willing to render overtime work when required.
- Must be resourceful, highly organized, and committed.
- Prepares seafarers’ medical referrals.
- Coordinates with seafarers and clinics regarding medical appointments and follow-ups if there are any available pending.
- Coordinates with seafarers regarding their US visa application and other visa applications.
- Responsible for preparing required documents for the renewal of the Company’s Accreditation in the US embassy and other embassies.
- Requests payment for Visa application and medical billing.
- Responsible for monitoring incoming emails related to Visa applications and PEME.
- Evaluates DOH-accredited pre-employment medical service providers approved by MANSHIP and the principals annually.
- Assumes duties that may be assigned by the Fleet Supervisor and President & CEO, as required by the business exigencies.
