We are hiring for a Service Leader - Finance (Finance Risk Control).

As a Service Leader - Finance (Finance Risk Control), we rely on you to:

Be responsible for assisting Finance Risk Control - Manager in the timely and accurate preparation of Income and Cost Control Reports.
Be responsible for daily auditing of all revenue transactions thorugh the OPMS system for the hotel and balancing of guests and house accounts for the previous day.
Audit guest ledger charges form all Food and Beverage outlets and minor departments, balancing the same with the restaurant recap sheet and another control sheet.
Record accounting data and general revenue report and record accounting data
Perform filling and storing of accounting documents
Oversee Receiving and Store's fuction
Calculate accurately daily and monthly Food and Beverage Cost.
Responsible in monthly Cost Report with meaningful analysis of the performance of the F&B operation.
Perform monthly inventory and reconcile to Inventory Management System and Accounting System
Responsible for the preparation of Journal entries related to daily adjustments and month-end closing of all revenue and cost aspects.
Conduct Spot Checks on all Revenue center and F&B area.
Prepare various Trend Analysis for possible lapses in Revenue and Cost recognition
Responsible in Management reports such as but not limited to Inventory Par Levels, Recipe Costing, Menu Pricing and other related reports.
Perform other duties and special projects as designated by Finance Risk Control Managers.

We are looking for someone who:
Has passion for Finance
Preferably CPA/Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
At least 1-2 years experience in Income Audit and Cost Control in Deluxe Hotel
Preferably knowledgeable in OPMS. Infrasys and Check-SCM
Has a good understanding of the accounting function
Must be detailed focused
