Service Engineer

Service Engineer is responsible for finding faults on HVAC systems. They will then carry out repairs and maintenance on these systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide high level service support for our customer network (maintenance, repairs, technical check, start-up commissioning assistance, troubleshooting).

· Organize and provide start-up commissioning and service support.

· Improve customer satisfaction by finding technical solutions in office and at the costumer’s site (mainly field intervention but also via telephone),

· Constantly acquiring knowledge of our wide product range (Applied Systems, Refrigeration and heating.

· Troubleshooting, ventilations and air conditioning service equipment

· Travelling to different locations to service and test HVAC units and systems

· Finding faults and carrying our repair and maintenance

· Advising customers on the best care for their HVAC system

Experience and Qualification

· Minimum 3 years of experience in A/C Equipment Sales

. Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC

. With Refrigeration System knowledge will be advantage

· Similar working experience in a multinational firm

· Technical Education and Service field experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

· Ability to understand engineering drawing and Heat Load calculation.

· Able to understand equipment specification, construction material, design speechification.

· Strong product knowledge of Chillers, Airside & VRV/VRF

· Advanced HVAC knowledge & experience

· Capable of work under pressure.

· Must have driver's license.
