We are currently looking for a gun Service Delivery Team Lead to join our team. This position will be at the forefront of our technical support operations, responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a supportive team environment. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Core Objectives:

Ensure Exceptional Service Delivery: Lead the team with your SDM in providing timely and high-quality technical support to meet customer needs and satisfaction.

Drive Operational Efficiency: Optimize resource allocation and workflow processes to enhance productivity and meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Facilitate, participate in, and contribute to team meetings and huddles with a focus on quality improvement.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Company's product offerings, platforms, integrations, and incoming Partners with a view towards improving service delivery.

Building relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and B365 team to align service delivery with business goals and expectations.

Deliver high-quality, comprehensive weekly audit reports on the technical work performed by all technicians, ensuring that standards, accuracy, and efficiency benchmarks are consistently met.

Skills Required:

Degree in Management or relevant experience in team leadership and technical background.

Strong knowledge of technical auditing procedures and quality control methodologies.

Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a team leader or supervisor, preferably in a service-focused setting.

Strong knowledge of service quality metrics and a commitment to achieving high standards.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent IT expertise, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office suites.

Strong people skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team towards excellent service delivery.

Customer service skills and a proactive approach to service quality improvement.
