Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

– Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

– Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.)
• Manage brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Present marketing strategies and performance results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  
  
  

– Qualifications:

– MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 15 years of experience in Marketing, with 11-15 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
