Service Delivery Manager

Managing DT compliance, cost, and delivery of DT systems/services/projects in Philippines and remote heritage BE sites while ensuring alignment with RTX/Collins Digital strategic plans as well as allocated sites’ strategic plans.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage vendors, contracts and internal customer relationships to ensure business application and infrastructure needs are effectively supported.
• Ensure proper functioning of information systems and timely resolution of issues to meet service level agreement.
• Oversee the planning, installation and maintenance of local systems and components.
• Assists with the scoping and implementation of application and infrastructure solutions while ensuring that they are supportable, aligned with RTX/Collins Digital strategic road maps, and not reliant on single point support
• Ensure DT Infrastructure and Applications controls are in compliance with DT policies and SOX requirements
• Own and manage DT issues and solutions to completion
• Drive the continuous improvement of DT systems/services with the use of CORE tools
• Collaborate effectively with Enterprise DT Organization to leverage DT applications and resources to effectively support and deliver solutions
• Manage and support local entities’ DT projects to ensure the business requirements and milestones are met with alignment to RTX/Collins strategic plans
• Assists/backup the duties of reporting manager where required
