About The Role

The Operations Specialist is a subject matter expert for Insight’s Client Warehousing Programs and will provide program guidance / support to Sales and other Insight departments. This role is responsible for evaluating, processing, and documenting Warehouse Program use requests and will work closely with Sales teammates and leadership. The Operations Specialists works directly with the Department Manager to meet SLA’s, manage inventory consumption, and meet department metrics.

  • Proactively acknowledge and complete daily inquiries and work requests
  • Works inter-departmentally to support and successfully fulfill program requests
  • Reviews warehouse program requests to ensure guidelines and requirements are met and makes recommendations to management regarding acceptance
  • Build and maintain relationships
  • Provide feedback on processes, efficiency, and quality
  • Responsible for accurate documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma and relevant work experience within the IT or Software industry; college degree preferred.
  • Self-starter who can work independently.
  • Effective multi-tasker with strong organization and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments is essential.
  • Ability to identify and use resources to achieve deliverables is needed.
  • Ability to read and understand documents and technical information is critical. Must be decisive and be able to support a balanced position between client needs and organizational needs.
