Job Description
The Service Delivery Manager will assist in the development of contract changes, Operational Level Agreements and Service Level Agreements. He/She will also manage the interface between the unit, the customers, users, and third-party service providers. The Service Delivery Manager will also identify service improvements within service management to improve the quality of the service provided and /or the process efficiency.
The responsibilities of this position will include but will not be limited to the following:
Create and distribute performance reports and supply service-related input to the performance management reports as required.
Lead in defining, managing, measuring and meeting customers’ expectations. Make sure it meets the agreed-upon service levels, measuring service performance and recommending actions necessary to respond to problems or improve service.
Maintain ownership, management, and communication of the Service Catalog and prevailing Service Level Agreements.
Handle requests for services that are beyond the standard contract provisions.
Approve changes to service or service components based on minimizing risk and optimizing service availability.
