What You’ll Do

As a Service Delivery Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our IT infrastructure and service delivery processes. You’ll work closely with the Head of Service Management / Service Delivery Manager and collaborate across teams to ensure that our IT services not only meet expectations—but exceed them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help execute and improve IT Service Management (ITSM) and governance plans that support our business goals.
  • Contribute valuable insights to support strategic IT initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and communicative IT environment where teamwork and knowledge sharing thrive.
  • Manage end-user devices, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
  • Support the development and monitoring of SLAs with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and consistent reporting.
  • Participate in governance activities, change boards, and risk management processes.
  • Support budget planning and communicate ITSM strategy in alignment with Bunzl’s mission and values.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

  • 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery or IT Operations.
  • A collaborative mindset and a track record of contributing to high-performing IT teams.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM best practices (e.g., ITIL) and governance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting IT strategy, risk management, and process improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor and partner relationships.
  • Previous experience in regulated business environments is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including O365, Teams, Azure, Intune, Exchange, and Windows.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and practices.
  • Experience providing change management support to end users.
  • Financial awareness and the ability to support decisions through key business metrics.
