Position Overview

We are seeking someone highly skilled and data-driven with main responsiblities including: Website Build, GHL Experience, Google Ads Expertise, and SEO Strategy -- to lead the development and performance of our new digital ecosystem. This role is responsible for building a custom website from the ground up, optimizing it for lead generation and SEO performance, managing Google Ads campaigns, and integrating all analytics and lead tracking within GoHighLevel (GHL).

This individual must have strong creative vision paired with analytical precision — someone who can design stunning user experiences and back them with measurable ROI results.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

  • Design and develop a custom, conversion-optimized website from scratch (no templates).
  • Implement high-converting lead opt-in funnels, landing pages, and service pages.
  • Ensure full mobile responsiveness, speed optimization, and ADA compliance.
  • Integrate website tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager, and lead form automations with GHL.

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Conduct full keyword research and develop an SEO roadmap targeting lead generation goals.
  • Optimize on-page and technical SEO, including meta tags, site structure, schema, and content hierarchy.
  • Build backlinks, improve domain authority, and monitor keyword ranking performance.
  • Create SEO-friendly content structures to support organic visibility and lead volume growth.

Google Ads Management

  • Develop and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting).
  • Conduct competitive research, build audiences, and refine keyword targeting for lead efficiency.
  • Monitor CPL, conversion rate, and ROI metrics weekly; optimize accordingly.
  • Provide proven success metrics and client references showcasing lead generation performance.

GHL Automation & Data Reporting

  • Build and maintain custom dashboards within GoHighLevel tracking ad spend, CPL, ROI, and revenue attribution.
  • Automate reporting processes for real-time visibility across campaigns and web forms.
  • Create GHL workflows for new website leads, ensuring seamless CRM flow and follow-up automations.
  • Generate weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with website development, Google Ads, and SEO strategy.
  • Advanced skills in GoHighLevel (funnels, dashboards, API integrations).
  • Proven history of driving measurable lead generation and ROI growth through Google Ads and organic SEO.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, WordPress or Webflow, and analytics platforms (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, A/B testing, and UX design principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze and present performance data.
  • Creative, fast-paced problem solver who thrives in a data-driven environment.
