This position exists to support the agency's SEO operations through precise execution of established processes and procedures. The role focuses on conducting detailed, administrative SEO tasks that require strict attention to detail and adherence to specific protocols. By maintaining consistent quality in SEO implementation, you'll help ensure the agency's clients achieve their desired search visibility goals.

The Impact you’ll make

SEO Task Execution

• Follow detailed instructions for SEO implementation


• Execute repetitive tasks with high accuracy


• Use proprietary SEO tools and systems


• Maintain detailed documentation of completed tasks

Quality Control

• Follow established quality assurance processes


• Verify accuracy of implemented changes


• Document any discrepancies or issues


• Maintain organized records of all activities

Administrative Support

• Support SEO team with administrative tasks


• Assist with documentation maintenance


• Follow standard operating procedures


• Coordinate with team members as needed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• 1-2 years experience in SEO task execution, digital marketing support, or similar role


• Proven experience following detailed technical documentation and processes


• Strong English proficiency with excellent documentation skills


• Experience using digital marketing tools or content management systems


• Demonstrated track record of maintaining accuracy in repetitive, detail-oriented tasks

Work Setup:

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
