Join our dynamic team as a Workday Integration Specialist, where you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations that support our HR systems and business processes. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to the success of our enterprise-wide Workday platform.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will:

  • Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing integrations to support evolving business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Work with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and JSON to connect Workday with external systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Workday security protocols and data governance standards.
  • Document integration designs, configurations, and support procedures.
  • Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations.
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and XSLT/XML.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems, HR business processes, and data structures.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and JSON.
  • Familiarity with Workday Security, Business Processes, and Reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

  • Workday certification in integrations or related modules.
  • Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
  • Knowledge of middleware platforms or integration tools beyond Workday.
  • Exposure to global HR operations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Workday Extend or Prism Analytics.
