What will you do?

  • Collaborating with the production team to develop and execute creative concepts and ideas.
  • Overseeing the entire post-production process from start to finish, including video editing, sound mixing, and color grading.
  • Managing and supervising junior editors, ensuring that they are meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.
  • Developing and maintaining the post-production workflow, including organizing and managing media files and maintaining a clean and efficient workflow.
  • Reviewing and selecting the best shots to tell a compelling story and ensuring that the final product meets the required specifications and standards.
  • Creating motion graphics and special effects to enhance the overall quality of the final product.
  • Communicating effectively with the production team and clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues as they arise and providing guidance and support to the production team.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Art Design Creative Multimedia or equivalent Cinematography/ Photography/Videography/ Visual Arts or any related fields
  • 5-8 years of experience in video production with strong portfolio of work demonstrating your skills and abilities
  • Experience in managing and supervising a team of junior editors, as well as understanding of video production workflows and the creative process.
  • Good sense of graphic design, compositions and animation.
  • Able to keep up with the latest trends in B2B video marketing & motion design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud apps such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc Meticulous technical organized and creative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and independently
  • Proficient in English. Good communication skill
  • Creative mind and storytelling, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating high-quality video content.
