Key Responsibilities
As our Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop Global Strategy & Trade Marketing Plans for ASEAN, NZ & AU, aligning with business objectives and brand vision.
- Lead and Oversee Three Critical Areas:
- Trade Marketing Execution – Drive in-store visibility, promotions, and digital merchandising initiatives.
- Events & Partnerships – Plan, organize, and manage trade events, exhibitions, and strategic partnerships (both physical and virtual).
- Channel Activation – Develop tailored programs, digital campaigns, and point-of-sale activations to strengthen customer engagement.
- Integrate digital marketing tools and AI-powered insights into trade marketing strategies to enhance targeting, efficiency, and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales, marketing, and distributor teams to ensure consistent execution across markets.
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- 8+ years of trade marketing experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or pet food industry, with regional/global exposure preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and proven ability to apply AI tools in marketing execution and insights.
- Proven success in developing and executing trade marketing strategies across multiple markets.
- Expertise in event management, partnership building, and channel activation.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- A growth mindset, resilience, and passion for driving results.
