- Host live selling sessions on designated platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Instagram Live, etc.), presenting products in an engaging, persuasive, and authentic manner.
- Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits clearly; effectively handle viewer questions and objections in real time.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, creating interactive segments (e.g., giveaways, games, shoutouts) to maintain high viewership and interaction.
- Coordinate with marketing/content teams to plan live session content, promotions, product selection, scripts, and visuals.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of product lines, promotions, pricing, shipping, and payment processes, and relay this information during live shows.
- Monitor technical set‑up (camera, lighting, audio, internet connection) before and during livestream to ensure smooth broadcast.
- Meet or exceed sales targets established for live selling sessions.
- Collaborate with inventory, fulfillment, and customer service teams as needed to ensure order accuracy, delivery expectations, and post‑sale customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on live‑commerce best practices, platform algorithm changes, competitor strategies, and audience preferences/trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; fields such as Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related preferred.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience in live selling, live streaming, hosting, or similar on‑camera role. Prior experience in e‑commerce or retail is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to engage and connect with diverse online viewers.
- Confident on camera; energetic, personable, with high degree of comfort in live settings.
- Strong ability to think on your feet, handle unexpected situations, multitask during live sessions.
- Basic technical aptitude: familiarity with live streaming tools / platforms; ability to manage camera/audio setups, possibly some light editing or content prep.
- Good planning and organization skills: script or content prep, coordination with teams, scheduling.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during promotions / high‑volume events as required.
- Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.
