Job Summary:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be instrumental in leading end-to-end recruitment processes, and managing a diverse range of positions within the Australian sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven and experienced professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition to join our dedicated team.

Job Description:

• Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract high-caliber candidates, with a focus on Australia and/or New Zealand industry talent pools.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry networks and global clients.
• Conduct thorough interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Regularly analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and create reports.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 3-5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the global market and agency industry.
• Solid recruitment experience in D365 or Microsoft Ecosystem, PowerPlatform, M365, and similar.
• Has a headhunter and sales mindset and a hunger for success.
• Proven success in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for D365 or Microsoft Ecosystem, PowerPlatform, M365, and similar.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Resilient, proactive, resourceful, and passionate in finding the right candidates.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

Additional Job Details:

Set-up and Location: Office-based/Hybrid/Remote (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu)

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)

Employment Type: Full-time
