The company is looking for a highly motivated IT support generalist to join our team. This crucial role provides day-to-day IT support to our North American employees and ensuring the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure. [± 60 employees]. The company is a global company, which provides the most powerful risk analytics for cybersecurity, security management and operations tools to eliminate attack vectors. Our platform provides a holistic view of complex, hybrid environments and the insights needed to protect the modern enterprise, by collectively visualizes and analyzes hybrid and multi-cloud networks, providing full context and understanding of the attack surface.

  • Provide comprehensive IT support to approximately 60±50 employees in the North American region.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including provisioning and deprovisioning of IT resources.
  • Working with our vendors for shipping end-users’ equipment / Laptops.
  • Managing and supporting end users cloud applications [MS Teams, O-365, KnowB4, Zoom, Okta etc.].
  • Communicating any issues or requirements with the IT team in Israel / Ukraine.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing IT support in a professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS.
  • Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and software installation [Windows and macOS].
  • Knowledge and experience working with cloud solutions – Office-365, SharePoint, Okta, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well and collaborate with other teams of various skills, sometime in different time zones [independently and as part of a team]. Advantageous
  • Networking and Security experience, working with Firewalls, VPN, and other security products [AV, EDR, DLP etc.].
  • Knowledge and experience with Kandji [or other MDM system] for macOS management.

Notes:

  • In case of emergency, ability to work off the regular working hours / weekends.
  • The work will be done remotely, on US time-zone, as a sole player [The rest of the team are in different time-zones. o Pacific Time Zone: 6:00 – 14:00. o Eastern Standard Time: 09:00 – 17:00.
  • The job requires being 100% hands-on.
  • The IT Generalist will be a part of the global IT team [the rest of the team are based in Israel and Ukraine] and will report to our Help-Desk team leader.
