Job description:

  • Act as the functional owner of the interface between PROMIS and SAP, ensuring stable data exchange (e.g., production confirmations, batch data).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to minimize system errors and streamline integration logic together with IT
  • Monitor interface performance using real-time tools; create automated alerts and escalation paths for critical failures.
  • Manage incident tracking, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for interface issues in collaboration with IT and MES teams.
  • Own the development and maintenance of SCM reports, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like Power BI, Analysis for Office, and SAP BW.
  • Translate business needs into scalable and automated reporting solutions in alignment with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Develop scalable, automated interfaces and integration models for SCM reporting tools
  • Maintain and evolve the reporting landscape, ensuring end-user access, version control, and performance optimization.


Profile description:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in SCM reporting, MES/SAP integration, or manufacturing data systems.
  • Hands-on experience with MES (e.g., PROMIS) and SAP (PP/MM/WM) modules and data flows.
  • Proven track record of interface monitoring, troubleshooting, and sustaining operations.
  • Strong skills in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP BW, SQL, or Analysis for Office.
  • Proven expertise in reporting tools such as Power BI, Analysis for Office, or similar platforms.
  • Strong ability to define project scope, requirements, and manage IT implementation projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong conceptual and analytical mindset.
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving consensus-based decisions.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
