Role Overview

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager – Broadcast Operations to lead the QA function across all content and talent-facing operations. This is a pivotal leadership role that blends deep technical hands on experience and knowledge (API Development and Data Analytics - SaaS, Power BI) with operational excellence and strategic quality oversight.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enforcing high-impact quality standards, driving reporting and insights through dashboards, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing, engagement, and performance strategies. You’ll bring a sharp analytical mind, a proven background in SaaS environments, and the people skills to lead and inspire a growing team in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assurance protocols for talent content, broadcast performance, and customer engagement.
• API Data Analytics & Insight Generation: Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI to analyze key performance metrics, extract insights, and provide visibility to stakeholders on content effectiveness and quality performance.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with teams across Talent, Marketing, Client Success, and Content to ensure seamless quality control and reporting across workflows.
• Audit & Feedback Loops: Conduct routine audits of talent content, engagement methods, and operational processes, delivering structured feedback and continuous improvement plans.
• Process Optimization: Define and enforce best-in-class standards for quality, customer experience, brand consistency, and compliance with digital streaming platforms.
• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and accountability.
• Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues related to content delivery, broadcast performance, and platform integrations; collaborate with technical teams to resolve root causes.
• Adaptability in Dynamic Environments: Thrive in a fast-paced, digital-first setting, comfortable with pivoting priorities and influencing change.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Operational Leadership within a SaaS, digital content, or streaming environment, preferably in Media/TV industry.
• Proficient in API Data Analytics and capable of building and managing dashboards to inform QA and performance decisions.
• Strong grasp of performance metrics, digital analytics, and QA methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling teams, with excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot issues across digital platforms, particularly live-streaming environments.
• Experience working with livestream platforms such as Twitch, TikTok, or similar is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
