In addition, they provide expert consulting on financial reporting and business foundations, tailored to support both startups and established companies.
We're looking for a Bookkeeper to provide support in the following activities:
Monday to Friday | Graveyard Shift

About Our Client
A full-service accounting firm offering bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting services to help businesses effectively manage their financial operations. In addition, they provide expert consulting on financial reporting and business foundations, tailored to support both startups and established companies.
We're looking for a Bookkeeper to provide support in the following activities:
- Code non-AP/AR transactions (bank/credit card feeds).
- Post recurring journal entries (template-based).
- Pull all bank and credit card statements.
- Update the End-of-Month (EOM) Tracker with statement status, reconciliation progress, and notes.
- Perform soft reconciliations (balances match, exceptions flagged).
- Review uncleared deposits and stale checks.
- Run draft financials and flag inconsistencies or missing data.
- Prepare all supporting documentation for Staff Accountant review.
Monday to Friday | Graveyard Shift
- 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Competitive Salary (According to experience).

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping role.
- US GAAP and HOA experience are a plus.
- Comfortable working with a high volume.
- Availability to work a graveyard shift.
- Proficient in MS Suite, specifically in Excel.
- Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
- CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
- RAM: 2 GB or more
- Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive)
- Min. 50 Mbps Internet speed
