The Senior Sales Trainer leads regional trainers, manages sales training programs, ensures process alignment, conducts leadership training, and drives performance improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversees a group of Sales Trainers assigned to a particular area/region
  • Ensures the continuous productivity of his/her team and the timely completion of tasks assigned by the Head of Sales Training and other key personnel
  • Conducts regular training programs including, but not limited to, Sales Assessment Programs for Sales Associates (SA), DSM (District Sales Manager) Training, Up-Training and Retraining sessions, and refresher training
  • Creates overall training plan for the Sales Network (from Sales Associates to Regional Sales Managers)
  • Taking the lead in topic/information sharing as well as knowledge calibration sessions to his/her team of Sales Trainer
  • Initiates action steps to improve Sales Trainer performance
  • Ensure ongoing improvement and development of Home Credit's training process
  • Travels to other regions/provinces to conduct training courses, field coaching if needed
  • Coordinates with Head of Sales Training to provide input on nationwide training programs
  • Consults with other departments and collects feedback from said departments to analyze training needs and establish training plan. Exercises initiatives and judgment in handling routine and confidential materials/inquiries
  • Other jobs to be assigned by Head of Sales Training

What You Need To Have

Education and Work Experience

  • Knowledge in conducting training needs analysis and diagnosis
  • At least 1 year of experience in adult training or at similar position (quality assurance, academic instruction) and at least 1 year of experience in leading a team

Competencies and Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint (MS Publisher is a plus)
  • Basic to advance knowledge in MS Excel (tracking/reporting)
  • Presentation design: A Senior Sales Trainer takes the lead in creating training modules which directly benefit the Sales Department.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an eye for detail/quality
