The Marketing Associate is primarily responsible in assisting BPI Wealth Relationship Managers in handling the portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities

- Supports the Private Wealth RMs in servicing both prospective and existing clients
- Helps RMs in monitoring daily maturities and other administrative reports (TOD, fund valuation exceptions)
- Assists RMs on their deliverables i.e., requesting sub-TAs and confirmation advice, routing and funding of orders, disposition on maturities, etc to ensure timely execution/settlement
- Prepares necessary documents for account opening and transactions and ensure these are transmitted to Head office in timely manner
- Assists and monitors the team’s document deficiencies and regularization of documents
- Ensures delivery of the PW Signature experience to PW clients
- Graduate of any four-year business course
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with BPI Wealth products is a plus
